ShannonRae has turned profits, scaled companies globally, built her own companies from the ground up, worked with Top Brands, and thousands of executive leaders. 

A driven, passionate, results junkie, systems thinker, and liberated soul; ShannonRae began consulting start-up tech companies in the early nineties pulling a failing company out of bankruptcy and into profit on a dynamic team of 4 senior leaders.  She went on to consult with two of the four, who bought and flipped companies, and another who started his own.  She realized she had her own firm, and hasn't stopped since. 

She has been consulting companies at an executive level for 23 years, and C suite for 8 years, across government, fortune 500, mid-sized markets, and non-profits.  She, and her team, generally take on a "rent a COO" role accountable for increasing profits, margins, revenue, raise, and critical success factors, enterprise-wide.  Divisions that usually report to her in these projects are Operations, all Revenue generating units, Customer Service, Finance, Legal, Human Resources and Organizational Design, in some cases Technology as well.

She has worked with global companies such as Hilton, Wyndham, Warner Gaming and First Service Residential, local companies like Clark County Courts, Shade Tree Shelter, and Sun City Anthem.  She has worked with tech start-ups like GeopTraq, an IoT company, Banjo (voted Nevada’s Best Tech Company), and global non-profits like WestCare.  She's dynamic, diverse and versatile; always dedicated to her client's success!

Senior Business Consultant

As a senior business consultant in our firm you'll both generate new business, and execute on current contracts.  You'll have a drive, passion and track record for driving exponential results in a wide range of business. 



  • 5-10 years consulting on large scale business projects

  • Experience in start-ups and technology at Senior VP or C Suite level

  • Experience in a combination of Financial Projections and Modeling, Change Management, Operational and Fiscal Management, Project Management, Human Resource Management

  • Financial and Business acumen, and experience in Contract Negotiations

Human Resource Consultant

As a senior business consultant in our firm you'll both generate new business and execute on current contracts.  You'll have a drive, passion and track record for driving exponential results in Human Resource Management; ideally on a national or global basis.  



  • 5+ years in a senior HR position or in HR consulting

  • Expert knowledge in national and global human resources, change management, and leadership development

  • SPHR or credible certification in the Human Resource field
